Where are you located?
2 South Richardston Street, Inside the Summit. Use the East Washington Street Entrance.
Is there parking?
There are two parking garages very close to our location. We recommend the Washington Street Garage located over the bus transfer station. Parking is inexpensive during the week and free on the weekends. Or Poinsett Parking Garage, located on McBee is just across the street. Free street parking on weekends.
Do we need to call ahead?
Yes, making reservations is best, especially on weekends. Just call us at (864) 419-2944, email rentals@reedyrides.com or click here to make a reservation online. You will need to know the number and type of bikes (male/female, adult or child), date and time you would like the bikes and a callback number.
Will you deliver to our hotel?
For delivery, we need 3 days notice and prepayment. Deliveries/pickups within the city are $30; deliveries to Travelers Rest are $45. Delivery is based on availability.
What do we need to bring?
We provide the bicycle, helmet, a small bag for keys/phone/wallet, and a lock. The bikes have water bottle holders, so bring water. We also sell bottles of water for $2.00 at the shop. And don’t forget sunscreen!
What kinds of bikes do you rent?
We offer 7 speed comfort cruisers and Electric Assist bikes. All are perfect for the trail and streets downtown. We also have kids bikes, child trailers, tag-a-longs (third wheel) and tandems.
What are your hours?
We’re open 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash and all major credit cards.
I haven’t ridden a bike since childhood, can I do this trail?
Absolutely! The bikes are perfect for beginners and so is the trail. The trail is moderately flat and closed to traffic. We spend time with each renter going over the bikes and the trail to ensure a safe and fun experience.
We have a big group can you accommodate us?
Of course! We have over 100 bikes.
